Why Was Stonehenge's Altar Stone Dragged 430 Miles?

The inner ring at Stonehenge was built from stones dragged from Wales — a hundred and fifty miles away. The central altar stone came from Scotland — four hundred and thirty miles. We only worked that out in 2024.
